Big shot out to Jeff  Freguson and Doug Spire ..was nervous  about taking my beginners  riding class .. Jeff and Doug were  very knowledgeable  and very patient with  me and the others in class. They believed  in me when I didn't believe  in myself . I bought my Zephyr Blue Ultra brand new in ‘20. Heated grips, bars, pipes, slip on exhaust all installed before driving away. The heated grips stopped working. I live 2 hours away and happened to be coming to Omaha. The service guys squeezed me in last minute. My repair wasn’t free but it was fair and extremely fast. Customer service is their game.
